Terms & Conditions

In this contract:

  • Shelina’s Boutique, also referenced as ‘we’ , ‘us’ or ‘our’ in this contract.
  • References made as ‘You’ or ‘Your’ means the person using our site to shop for goods from us.

If you buy good from us on this website, you are legally bound to this contract.

Buying/ Placing Orders with Shelina’s Boutique

  1. You will need to provide accurate and complete information about yourself when registering on our website before you purchase any goods. The password you provide must be kept secure and you must notify us of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account

    You place an order on the site by adding your selected outfit(s) to the shopping bag and proceed to checkout. Please check your order carefully before confirming.

    Once you have placed and paid for your order, we will send you an email.  This does not mean your order has been accepted.
    We may not accept your order, reasons being:

–  We cannot authorise your payment

– You are not allowed to purchase goods from us.

– There is an error on pricing / description of the products.

– The materials needed to make the outfit(s) are unavailable.

               1.2  Your order will be accepted only after we send you a Confirmation Email. At this point:

                     – You will be legally bound to this contract between you and us.

                    – We may contact you if we need further information on sizing etc.

                   – We will dispatch the goods to you based on the lead time given for the product at the time of purchase.

Delivery

               2.1   Once you have placed an order, this cannot be cancelled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.

               2.2   The estimated lead time for delivery of the goods to you is clearly written on the product page of the outfit(s) you are ordering. Please check this carefully before making payment.

               2.3   You will receive an email once your outfit(s) are ready to be dispatched, to ensure there will be someone to sign on collection. You will be provided with a tracking number.

               2.4   We require that our deliveries are signed for by an individual at the delivery address. You, agree that delivery shall take place when the goods are  signed for at the address of delivery                   provided and the signature of the person at the destination is conclusive evidence that the signed-for goods are delivered to you at that address.

Payment

3.1     We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay. We don’t accept any other method of payment.

3.2      We’ll do all that we reasonably can to make sure that every piece of information that you provide us with when paying for the products is secure by using an encrypted secure payment  mechanism. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we will not be legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you give us.

3.3    Your chosen method of payment, e.g. credit card, will be charged once the order is placed on this website. If the order is not accepted, the money will be refunded back into your account.

3.4  The price of the goods does not include the price of delivery, which will be shown separately at the checkout and on the Confirmation Email.

3.5 The price of the goods are inclusive of all taxes.

3.6  We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.

Nature of the goods

4.1    While we attempt to confirm that sizes and measurements are accurate, there could also be small differences between the sizes and measurements of products shown on the web site and therefore the actual goods we supply.

4.2 While we attempt to confirm that the colors of our goods are displayed accurately , the particular colours that you simply see on your computer may vary depending on the monitor that you use.

4.3  Our whole collection is handcrafted, by their nature these garments may exhibit small differences and should vary from examples shown on the website; this is not a producing fault. Garments that are hand embroidered or hand finished or incorporate fabrics like chiffon and georgette are by their nature vulnerable to pulls and rips and aren’t designed for rough handling.

4.4 When ordering a bespoke piece and choosing a colour from our colour chart, please note that our fabrics are hand dyed and there can be a slight difference from the colour you have chosen from our chart to the outfit you will receive. Whilst we will attempt to match the colour as close as possible, please note that once you order with us, you accept that there can be a slight difference from the colour you have chosen on the chart to the colour outcome on the oufit(s) you have ordered. 

Bespoke Orders

Each Outfit will be made bespoke to your requirements. if you wish to change your specifications after we confirm your order you must contact us within 48h of placing the order. We will try our best to accommodate the changes but there will be no guarantee.

Returns or Exchanges

5.1 We do not offer returns or exchanges on goods unless they are faulty.

5.2 This clause sets out  the circumstances in which we’ll accept returns or offer refunds for goods. We will not accept returns or offer refunds for goods unless they’re faulty. For this purpose, the customer must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

5.3 If the goods are faulty when they are delivered you may return the faulty goods to us. If you come back with the products to us we’ll (at our option) repair or replace the products or provide you with a refund of the acquisition price and therefore the price of delivery.

5.4 In order to return faulty goods you must contact us at online@estiecouture.com to inform us that you wish to return the goods. We will then provide you with details of where to return the goods and how to complete the returning process. You will be responsible for the costs of delivering the goods back to us.

5.5  If we repair or replace the products we’ll deliver the repaired or replaced goods to you at no additional cost to the delivery address you specified at the time of your purchase.

5.6 If we offer a refund we’ll pay it to the account you want to purchase the products with. Subject to outfit being unused and unworn with all the tags intact at the time of receiving the outfit.

End Of Contract

Should this contract be ended, it will not  affect our right to receive any money which you owe to us under the said contract.

Limit on our responsibility to you

6.1 Apart from any liability that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury), we aren’t legally responsible for:

6.2 losses that:

(a) weren’t foreseeable to us when the contract was formed; or

(b) weren’t caused by any breach on our part;

6.3 business losses.

6.4 Apart from any liability that we cannot limit in law (such as for death or personal injury), our whole liability to you in reference to your purchase will be limited to the quantity that you simply paid us for the products and delivery.

Disputes

7.1 We’ll attempt to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently.

7.2 If you’re unhappy with the goods or services, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve any issues.

Content

“Content” encompasses any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this site. We attempt to make sure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. But we don’t promise that our Content is accurate or error-free. We cannot guarantee that our content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that each web user ensures they have a virus detering software installed. Your use of the location and its content grants no rights to you in reference to any property rights concerning the Content. All such content including third party trademarks, designs, and related property rights mentioned or displayed on this site are protected by national property and other laws and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

Third Party Rights

No other party than the one in complete agreement to this contract has any right to enforce any term of the said contract.

Our Right to Amend Terms

We reserve the rights to alter these terms at any time and we encourage you to revisit these terms periodically to make sure that you simply are, in the least times, fully aware of our terms. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the web site. Your continued use of the web site constitutes your agreement to all or any such terms. We may terminate any of the rights granted by these terms, with or without prior notice. You shall comply immediately with any termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the website.

Discounts & Promotions

Discounts differ on individual products and can be considered for final invoicing regardless of material used for promotional purposes. We are unable to supply price adjustment on items originally purchased during a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a reduced sale price, no price adjustments are going to be offered should the item be further marked-down / marked-up. Promotion codes are non-transferable and there’s no cash alternative. Furthermore, they can’t be utilized in conjunction with the other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

Indemnity & circumstances beyond control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside of our reasonable control. A Force Majeure Events includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action: civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation of war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, impossibility of the use of Railways, Shipping, Aircraft, Motor transport or other means of public or private transport; impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks, the acts decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government; and pandemic or epidemic. Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
