Returns & Exchange

  • We do not offer returns or exchange on outfit(s) unless they are faulty.

Faulty Goods

  • All outfits are quality checked by our team before they are sent out to you, if you receive an item, which is damaged, please contact us immediately. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Return/Refund

  • If you are eligible for a return/ refund, please contact us via email or phone with details of your faulty order so we can follow up with the appropriate next steps. Your outfit should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Colour and measurements

  • We have tried our best to ensure that colours are shown as accurately as possible on this website although as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
  • When ordering a bespoke item and changing the colour from the original piece, please be aware that the colour you choose on the chart can appear slightly different on the fabric once it is dyed. Please choose your colour carefully and send us accurate measurements. Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance.
